FCB — AWARD

First County Bank selected a trusted advisor platform, but needed a visual representation of this concept. We recommended a five pillar integral to becoming a trusted advisor. I fashioned those into a graphic identity and also designed a custom trophy to recognize employees who embody the actions of a trusted advisor. 

About the Award and Trophy Design
I designed the trophy for First County Bank with a custom base that allows for plaques to be removable and placed in either the main trophy’s base or the recipient’s base. When the bank recognizes an employee the employee’s name is engraved into a plaque and placed on the main trophy which is on display in the banks HQ branch. The following year when a new employee is chosen as the next recipient of the award the past recipients plaque is removed and placed into a personal base for them to keep and their name is engraved onto the sides of the main trophy.
